Update Payment Information

To update your credit card information as necessary, navigate to:
  • Settings
  • Click on Billing
  • Go to Billing Information
  • Click on Update Billing Information
  • Enter your billing information and click Save when completed

Once the new card is successfully saved, our billing system will automatically try to process any outstanding balance, and you should be able to see the invoice status on the Past Invoices page changed to Paid momentarily.
 

All credit card information is secured by a PCI Level 1 service provider, the most stringent level of security certification available. At the moment, credit card is the only payment method we accept.
