Tallie will discontinue support for all subaccount connections on 12/31/16. In the interim, no new connections may be added and issues with feed quality may not be addressed. To move off of a card connection that supports multiple child cards or subaccounts, you can utilize the following alternative options. 
 
Single Card Aggregation 
Single card aggregation is a credit card profile with only one account. There are no subaccounts or child cards. You can reach out to your bank to acquire individual login credentials for each credit card on your account, then use the following steps to add the cards to Tallie.

1. Navigate to the Credit Cards page

2. Click Add a Credit Card 

3. Search for your bank by typing in the name of the bank or the sign-in URL, or select from the popular banks below




4. Enter your user-specific login credentials for your online banking and click Sign In (Note: The required information may vary by bank)
      a. If this is a company card, check this box
      b. Check this box if you would like all transactions from your statement to be automatically created as expenses in Tallie



Statement Upload 
Tallie can be used to import your credit card transactions from a downloaded credit card statement to help keep track of your expenses. With this file upload feature, you can upload files downloaded from your bank to add transactions en masse in Tallie.

OFX-Direct Connect 
OFX or Open Financial Exchange is a way to pull in transactions directly from your bank site. This connection only supports single card accounts. 

1. Enable OFX or Direct Connect on your bank's site
      a. Note: you may need to request assistance from the bank if you are unsure where it is located

2. Reach out to Tallie Support to enable the OFX card connection in Tallie that matches your bank

3. Tallie Support will place the OFX connection at the top of your popular banks list

4. Navigate to the Credit Cards page

5. Click Add a Credit Card 

6. Select the bank at the top of the popular banks list ending with Direct Connect (for example "American Express - Direct Connect")



7. Enter your user-specific login credentials for your online banking and click Sign In (Note: The required information may vary by bank)

8. OFX Direct Connect is available for the following banks
      a. American Express
      b. Silicon Valley Bank
      c. Chase Bank
      d. Citi Bank


Bank Data Delivery 
SFTP or Secure File Transfer Protocol is a way for Tallie to receive direct credit card data from bank sites on a nightly cadence. To establish an FTP credit card connection, please view the following guide: Bank Data Delivery

 If you are currently using one of the following connections, you will need to switch to an alternative option. (Note: all of the listed subaccounts offer a single card aggregation option, excluding Bank of America Payment Center and Wells Fargo CEO)

  • Chase - Subaccounts/Supports Multiple Cards
  • Citibank Credit Card - Subaccounts/Supports Multiple Cards
  • City National Bank - Subaccounts/Supports Multiple Cards
  • D.L. Evans Bank - Subaccounts/Supports Multiple Cards
